At the end of the hearing, the representative will make a ruling to either reinstate or continue the suspension of the defendant’s driving privileges. However, it is important to remember that the defendant can still lose his/her driving privileges if found guilty of DUI in criminal court, even if he/she get his/her driver’s privileges back at the DMV hearing.
