The fine schedule for a Tampa DUI (driving under the influence) conviction is covered under section 316.193(2)(a)-(b) of the Florida Statutes:
- First DUI Conviction:
- $500 to $1,000
- Blood alcohol concentration of .15% or greater, or with a minor in the vehicle: $1,000 to $2,000
- Second DUI Conviction:
- $1,000 to $2,000
- Blood alcohol concentration of .15% or greater, or with a minor in the vehicle: $2,000 to $4,000
- Third DUI Conviction (more than 10 years from second conviction):
- $2,000 to $5,000
- Blood alcohol concentration of .15% or greater, or with minor in vehicle: $4,000 minimum
- Fourth or Subsequent DUI Conviction:
